AE2S is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in attracting and retaining the highest level of employees. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the full recruitment life cycle, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, managing pre-employment paperwork, preparing offer letters, and overseeing onboarding schedules. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to support full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone, video, and in-person meetings, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Pre-Employment & Offer Process

  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and other related documentation.
  • Manage pre-employment background checks, reference checks, and compliance-related requirements.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding & New Hire Support

  • Develop onboarding schedules in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain consistency and compliance in hiring practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources, marketing, engineering or other related field.
  • 3+ years experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role.
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

Physical Qualifications

  • Primary functions require physical ability and sufficient mobility to work in an office setting.
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
  • Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight.
  • Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
  • Fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard.
  • May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • May require occasional evenings and weekends with overtime expectations varying with workload.
  • May be required to travel to off-site locations including occasional overnight stays out of town.
