Sales Trainer

BeMobile Verizon, a growing company with progressive employee training programs is excited to be hiring Sales Trainers. The Sales Trainer requires a creative, dynamic, and positive approach to front line training. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales floor training, revenue-driving content, onboarding and Sales Process training for over 70 locations.

This is a remote position with travel and in-store time expectations.
Must have access to each market that we operate in without extensive travel expense. Midwest residence preferred.
Must be an eligible driver per the BeMobile Vehicle policy.

Preferred Experience and Skills

· 1+ years in Sales Training experience or Sales Leadership position

· Ability to analyze and assess employees

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

· Highly energetic, emotionally insightful person

· Project Management skills with high attention to detail

· LMS Experience
