Description

Your Responsibilities Include:

* Providing direct assistance to customers by expediting complicated service requests, receiving escalated customer complaints, and assisting in resolution
* Working with internal and external customers to find the correct parts in a timely and efficient manner
* Ongoing training and responsibilities to become a go-to resource in the service department
* Maintaining stocking levels and researching parts pricing and labor estimates
* Identifying new parts and part categories that need to be added to increase customer satisfaction levels
* Working with clients and vendors to manage and follow up on warranty claims
* Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience with the parts department and store and following up with customers and technicians to ensure timely repair
* Leading cycle counting of the physical inventory and ordering, receiving, pricing, and stocking parts in the service area
* Creating service orders and distributing work orders to Service Technicians
* Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting suspicious activity
* Opening and closing the store as assigned
* Completing related tasks as assigned

Additional Information

You’ll Need: * 2+ years of customer service experience * Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software * Proven communication skills * Knowledge of tools and equipment We’d love if You Have: * Mechanical aptitude * Previous service writing experience Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 50 lbs. * Sit, stand, and walk for the majority of your shift * Occasionally push, pull, squat, bend, and reach *Employment offers are contingent on a drug screen and background check.
