* Combination of office and hospital responsibilities (when on call)
* Monday through Friday; Saturday clinic is from 9 am - 12 pm
* 1:8 call on weekdays; 1:11 call on weekends
* 25 - 35 patients per day; 2 - 10 in the hospital
