Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW)

Our Licensed Baccalaureate Social Workers are expected to facilitate the attainment of personal outcomes by upholding the goals and philosophy of Development Homes, Inc., abiding by the policies and procedures, and adhering to the Board of Social Work Ethics.

This Social Worker facilitates or directly supports the attainment of Personal Outcomes for persons served by providing quality social services, coordinating the delivery of those social services to provide continuity and security to people receiving services. The Social Worker must be responsible to provide support to Residential Managers to ensure the financial security of people receiving services and assist to obtain and maintain the benefits of private, federal, and state programs. The Social Worker will also serve as a liaison to families and guardians to support relationships with family members and facilitate IDT meetings that support the obtainment of Personal Outcomes.

Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Must be licensed in the state of North Dakota as a Social Worker
2 years of experience in a human services-related field.
Current and valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and insurable driving record following company guidelines.
Requires successful completion of credit, criminal background, child abuse, and neglect checks, and a pre-employment drug test to be eligible for employment.

8:00 am through 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Must be flexible to work evening hours occasionally.
