Head Girls' Soccer Coach, Grand Forks Public Schools

Red River High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Girls’ Soccer Coach to lead and grow our soccer program. The ideal candidate will foster a positive, inclusive environment while helping student-athletes reach their full potential on and off the field.

Responsibilities include:
Planning and leading effective practices and game strategies.

Promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic success.

Overseeing program logistics such as scheduling and travel.

Collaborating with assistant coaches, athletic staff, and parents.

Following all district, conference, and NDHSAA guidelines.

Qualifications:
Previous soccer coaching experience (high school or club preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of soccer fundamentals and player development.

Coaching certification/licensure (may be obtained if hired).

Successful background check required.
