Sodexo is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for Clinical Nutrition Manager role to provide clinical oversight to the Nutrition Department at Altru Health System. This brand-new acute care facility is a stand-alone multi-specialty hospital located in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Remote 1 day per week! Flexible Schedule! Competitive salary!

*** $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ***

Start with 3 weeks’ vacation and 3 personal days!

4 weeks’ vacation after 12 months and 3 personal days!
Reimbursement for dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal!
Money toward continuing education events!
Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!

What You'll Do

* Manage the clinical nutrition program within Altru Health System;

* supervise a team of 4 Dietitians and 5 Diet Clerks, both inpatient and outpatient;
* provide direct patient care ~20% of the time;
* advocate to expand and promote the role of Clinical Nutrition throughout the facility;
* collaborate with the implementation and management of Sodexo’s meal service program and menu management system;
* foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development;
* work every 3rd weekend rotation providing hospital wide coverage
* proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders that is integral to moving efforts of the department forward;
* drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects;
* provide nutrition care to a variety of patient units as needed.

What You Bring * Be a Registered Dietitian with acute care experience and demonstrate a great clinical knowledge base; * have proven supervisory or management experience with an aptitude for program growth and development; * demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills; * have experience with regulatory accreditation, regulatory readiness and review, and establishing and maintaining standards of care.
