    Pay Range: $16.26 - $24.38



    Summary:

    The Environmental Services position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility. This role includes sanitizing and disinfecting all areas within the clinic to help prevent the spread of infections. Additionally, the position may occasionally require travel to other clinic locations to support environmental services as needed.



    Essential Job Functions:



    Cleans and disinfects non-patient care areas, i.e. offices, lobby areas, lounges, bathrooms and locker rooms.

    Interacts with patients, visitors, and associates in a friendly and efficient manner to meet customer needs.

    Maintains a high quality of infection control. Ensures all areas of the "key touch" surfaces in all patient care rooms are kept up to standards.

    Transports, monitors and contains waste according to standard operating procedure.

    Communicates with the Lead in charge to ensure cleaning priorities are met.

    Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.



    Certification:

    Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record | Driver's License - Current State Licensed | Prior to Start Date | HR Primary Sources

    Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) | Association for Healthcare (AHE) | Preferred | Employee Provides HR a Copy
