What You’ll Do:
* Provide excellent and expeditious client experiences in a fast paced enviroment
* Champion multiple demands of your time and attention, shifting proirities as necessary
* Interacting with clients, including greeting, responding to questions, processing incoming and outgoing patients
* Handle payments in person and over the phone
* Respond to communications, including inter-office communications, incoming and outgoing mail, email and phone calls, which include meticulous detail and follow through
* Screen appointment requests in person, over the phone and online for service needs to ensure strategic scheduling of doctor and technician time
* Accurately document client information, service data and other pertinent information with practice management software in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining a clean, organized and inviting atmosphere
* Demonstrating our core values in the work performed and interactions with others
What We're Looking For:
* High school graduate, or equivalent
* 2+ years of medical experience (in human or veterinary medicine)
* 2+ years of experience working in an office setting with increased responsibility
* Great written and oral communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong financial proficiency to include accurate payment entry, cash handling, cash counting and ability to quickly identify and correct minor accounting discrepancies
* Robust interpersonal skills including:
