• Possess or the ability to obtain EPA universal certification, ND mechanical license
• Strong heating cooling repair background (residential is mostly what we do. No working on rooftops in the cold)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have valid driver's license

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with company standards and expectations
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment with diagnostic tools and special test equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing systems including furnace, AC, HP's, boilers, gas electric and some oil, etc.
• Communicate directly with your client so they can be informed of service needed. Providing them with an estimate prior to starting the task or repair.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
