AE2S is seeking an experiencedTalent Acquisition Strategistto join our team and play a critical role in attracting and retaining the highest level of employees. In this pivotal role,you will drive innovative talent acquisition strategies, develop a compelling recruitment message that aligns with our brand, and represent our company at key industry conferences and career fairs. You will collaborate and foster positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure we attract the best talent to meet our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategies

  • Analyze current and future hiring needs in conjunction with the CHRO, COO, Operations Directors, Operations Managers, and Practice Leaders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop tailored strategies, and execute full-cycle recruitment.
  • Support hiring managers in preparation for interviews including understanding job expectations, interview questions, etc.
  • Identify and implement best practices in talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Develop and Implement Recruitment Plan and Messaging

  • Create and execute compelling recruitment plan and messaging that resonates with prospective candidates and aligns with AE2S branding.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance our online presence through social media, website, other owned media, and recruitment campaigns.

Conference Attendance and Networking

  • Represent AE2S at appropriate industry conferences and events, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, universities, and talent pools to enhance recruitment efforts.

Other

  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of branding and sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine talent acquisition strategies and improve candidate sourcing.
  • Collaborate with other talent acquisition team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Basic

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources, marketing, engineering or other related field.
  • 7+ years proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on branding and recruitment initiatives.
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledgeable regarding hiring practices and laws.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Strong knowledge of employer branding concepts and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Physical

  • Primary functions require physical ability and sufficient mobility to work in an office setting.
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
  • Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight.
  • Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
  • Fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard.
  • May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • May require occasional evenings and weekends with overtime expectations varying with workload.
  • May be required to travel to off-site locations including occasional overnight stays out of town.
