FULL-TIME BOOKEEPER/SECRETARY
Responsibilities:
Manage banking, deposits, and statements
Complete payroll and tax filings (quarterly/yearly)
Handle accounts payable/receivable
Prepare financial statements and maintain general ledger
Perform administrative duties: filing, answering phones, and assisting with inventory
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
Proficient with accounting software and financial reporting
Organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
