**This position is located in Wichita, KS**

Description:

* While working for a defense program in Wichita, KS, perform composite fabrication and development for military aircraft, such as stealth bombers and fighter jets
* Complete composite layup, vacuum bagging, sanding, and cutting
* Utilize various composite fabrication techniques, autoclave, and bagging materials to complete production
* Inspect components, performing rework when necessary
* Other duties may be assigned

Additional Information

Requirements: * Active Secret Clearance * 2+ years of composite fabrication experience (layup, vacuum bagging, etc.) * Tools are NOT required Pay: * $45/hr * Per Diem is available Work Schedule: * Must be open to 1st or 2nd Shift * Must be open to OT, including some mandatory Saturdays – some current contractors (not all) are working 5x12 Mon-Fri and then 6-8 hours on Saturdays * This amount of OT is not guaranteed, but you have to be open to it Placement: * 12-18 month Contract, with strong potential for extension * We have current contractors that have been out there over 2 years at this point * There will be opportunities to go direct if you’re interested, normally around the 6-month mark **This position is located in Wichita, KS** About Aerotek: We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
