The Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting fertilizer and seed from plant to fields. The Truck Driver will work with the other members of the team to work toward operational goals while maintaining quality and efficiencies.

Qualifications Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Load or assist in loading trailer with materials. * Unload or assist in unloading trailer by using conveyor system. * Transport loads over required route to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations * Must be able to conduct a standard DOT truck inspection. * Capable of filling out all company and DOT required paperwork. * Must be able to fill out shipping bills of lading and necessary signatures, return completed paper work to shipping office, and to maintain any related records required. * Ability to perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking on a daily basis, oil, water, gasoline, air in tires, and to report any maintenance malfunctions to maintenance department. * Must have open availability to work a flexible schedule when production requires including; ability to work entire shift, extended shift hours, weekends, and holidays. * General housekeeping and upkeep of working area to include; sweeping, shoveling, vacuum, compressed air, and sanitation. * Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed. * Other duties assigned. Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience: * High School diploma, GED or demonstrated industry experience. * Valid driver’s license & Current CDL Class A required, or ability to obtain a seasonal CDL before start date. * DOT-minimum age requirement is 21 years. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenan
