Our agency client with a focus on B2B Agriculture clients is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote, direct hire position expected to start in late May / early June.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and manage social media content calendars within social media management software, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that focuses on quality storytelling, aligns with campaign timelines, and supports strategic goals.
* Write clear, compelling, and strategic content that is tailored to different platforms, audiences, and project objectives while maintaining brand voice and quality standards for each client, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. Platforms include Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging channels
* Manage and grow our social media presence, including planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns.
* Collaborate with graphic designer to develop static content but this person will use Canva for basic graphic creation.
* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights to optimize strategies and meet KPIs.
* Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices, and recommend new strategies to keep our content fresh, relevant, and ahead of industry shifts.

Additional Information

Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in Social Media management, preferably in an agency setting. * Proficiency or willingness to develop skills in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut, native Instagram/TikTok editing tools). * Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. * Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems. * Understanding of and enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance personal creativity, support content development, assist with research, and improve workflow efficiency. * Creative, proactive, curious, and highly organized; a self-starter who can balance multiple projects independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
