We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong design background who is eager to advance their career with an award-winning, full-service design and consulting firm!

At EAPC, our team of architects, engineers, interior designers, construction managers, and other professionals work together to create stunning structures and designs for optimum performance.

As a BIM Modeler at EAPC, you will:

* Assist the Project Architect/Manager or Principal on projects from concept to successful completion
* Utilize and manage computer-aided design software such as REVIT and AutoCAD
* May assist in equipment selection and scheduling
* Work day-to-day with architects, designers, and engineering disciplines
* Verify and interpret applicable codes and regulations
* Produce high-quality work that meets customer expectations within deadlines

To join us, you should have:

* Minimum two-year associate degree in Drafting Technology or related degree
* Must have experience with REVIT, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software
* Commercial architectural experience preferred not required
* Advanced knowledge of standardized drafting practices and procedures
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Able to use basic office equipment (computer, copier, phone)
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule
* Must Possess a valid driver s license
* Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Compensation is based on the applicant's skills, education, and other qualifications.
