We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator – Logistics based out of our Grand Forks, ND location. BeMobile Verizon is a growing company with progressive training and leadership development programs. is excited to hire a position in the organization. This position oversees the purchasing of accessories for 80+ company locations, maintains appropriate inventory levels to keep stores running smoothly to meet customer demand, vendor purchase reconciliation, reporting, and store support for all accessory inventory items.

As an Inventory Coordinator - Logistics, you will be expected to:

* 2 years of higher education or equivalent relevant work experience.

* Attention to Detail – a strong focus on ensuring accuracy, maintaining high quality, and delivering reliable results consistently.

* Manage the RMA process for returned products, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission, and resolution with device vendors.

* Oversee the maintenance and lifecycle management of demo phones, ensuring they remain functional, updated, and transitioned as needed.

* Generate recurring inventory reports that provide actionable insights for the Inventory Director and other stakeholders.
