Job Summary:
We are seeking empathetic, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to join our team. Care Managers will provide essential in-home care services to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while fostering a sense of dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care Assistance: Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with clients, offering emotional support, conversation, and companionship.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals that meet clients' dietary requirements.
• Household Assistance: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take prescribed medications on schedule.
• Transportation and Errands: Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping, and errands as needed.
• Safety Monitoring: Ensure the client’s home is safe and report any concerns to the care manager.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any significant changes in clients’ condition to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
