We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator – Logistics to join our team in Grand Forks, ND. This role plays a key part in overseeing merchandise returns, reverse logistics, demonstration devices, and inventory programs with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Reverse Logistics & Returns Management

* Manage the RMA process for returned products, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to device vendors.

* Oversee the maintenance and lifecycle management of demo devices on sales floors, ensuring they remain functional, updated, and transitioned as needed.

* Handle vendor-related inventory programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Inventory Reporting & Organization

* Generate recurring inventory reports with actionable insights for the Inventory Director and other stakeholders.

* Maintain structure and workflow efficiency in inventory processes to support optimal productivity.

*
Collaboration & Problem-Solving

* Work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to resolve inventory-related challenges.

* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions proactively.

Additional Information
